Kit Calvert Wensleydale: Fig Salami
This semi-hard full fat cheese is made at Hawes creamery. This traditional farmhouse cheese has a natural rind which adds body giving an earthy finish.

Stottie: Yorkshire Honey
Made using the finest Yorkshire milk. The cheese smooth, rich and creamy taste with afresh clean flavour.

Yorkshire Blue: Pickled walnuts
This is a hand-crafted blue cheese with a buttery texture and a creamy taste. A rich, altogether softer and more delicate cheese than the Blue Stilton.

Little Mester: Quince Jelly
A soft, creamy, mould ripened cheese made in the heart of Sheffield by cheesemaker Sophie Williamson. The cheese has only been produced since September 2017.

Yorkshire Cask: Real Ale Chutney
The cheese is a rich and creamy cheddar blended with mustard seed and Leeds Brewery Hellfire Ale. The ale gives the cheese an extra kick of flavour which isn’t overpowering. Gold award-winning at the Great Yorkshire Show.
